Isabella Nurigiani was born in Rome where she studied and graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts.
Always sensitive and attentive observer of the symbiotic and interpretative codes, she develops over time an interest in the material use of marble and iron as an expression of a feeling that is pathos, but also conscience and ethical value. He lives and works between Rome and Pietrasanta in Tuscany, where he increasingly refines his expressive techniques in the continuous search for a plasticity that is the relationship between nature and man. Nascono così opere come “Eros e Thanatos” del 2003; “Tempo sospeso” 2005; “Uovo sodo preistorico” 2012; “Scatole inattive” 2013; “Guardarsi e non riconoscersi” 2017; “Prigionieri di se stessi” 2018; “Parlarsi in trasparenza” 2019.
Since 2002 he has participated in numerous solo and group shows in Italy and abroad. Winner of the first prize "sculpture section" and absolute prize at the competition "Premio Nocivelli" 2013, special mention Biennale Benevento, 2014.
