The Eternal Army was the incredible work, made up of over 8,000 terracotta soldiers, created to defend the burial of the first Chinese emperor. The Archer, subject of the work, therefore has the task of defending Death, something that has already crossed the boundaries of time. The theme of time and eternity is also taken up by the background, inspired by 'The Dark Side of the Moon', which deals with a similar theme and almost acts as a soundtrack to the picture.
